In 1998 Kirsten founded frankfurter gruppe. Since then, she consulted and supported many corporations in realizing demanding and complex change processes. She works on strategic, structure and process levels in a systemic combination with change dynamics and leadership issues.
Before she founded frankfurter gruppe, Kirsten worked many years for an international electronics manufacturer. She was responsible for the strategic development of the company’s North American subsidies, the global introduction of project management and coordination of restructuring projects.
Kirsten is a pioneer in the development of innovative consulting designs and settings in complex change projects
