In 1998, Kirsten founded frank­fur­ter gruppe and she still is the driving force for innovation in our consulting work

In 1998 Kirsten founded frank­furter gruppe. Since then, she consulted and supported many cor­po­ra­tions in realizing demanding and complex change processes. She works on strategic, structure and process levels in a systemic com­bi­na­tion with change dynamics and lead­er­ship issues.

Before she founded frank­furter gruppe, Kirsten worked many years for an in­ter­na­tion­al elec­tron­ics man­u­fac­tur­er. She was re­spon­si­ble for the strategic de­vel­op­ment of the company’s North American subsidies, the global in­tro­duc­tion of project man­age­ment and co­or­di­na­tion of re­struc­tur­ing projects.

Kirsten is a pioneer in the development of innovative consulting designs and settings in complex change projects
